Laptop Won't Turn On – Diagnosis & Assessment

If your laptop is not turning on, our technicians will perform a thorough diagnosis and assessment to identify the root cause of the issue. This may include checking the power system, motherboard, battery, charging circuit, RAM, storage devices, and other hardware components.

Diagnosis Charge: The fee for this service covers the diagnosis and assessment of the laptop before any repair work is carried out. If the customer approves the recommended repair, the diagnosis charge will be adjusted against the final repair invoice. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, only the diagnosis charge will apply.

Our goal is to provide an accurate assessment and transparent repair options before any work begins.

After the repair is completed, the laptop undergoes comprehensive testing to verify that all functions are working correctly, including power, display, keyboard, charging, connectivity, and performance.

7. Cleaning & Quality Check

The laptop is cleaned internally and externally (where applicable) and receives a final quality inspection to ensure reliable operation.

8. Customer Notification

The customer is informed that the repair is complete and the device is ready for collection or delivery.

9. Final Delivery

The repaired laptop is returned to the customer along with a summary of the work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance.
