1. Service Booking Cancellation

Customer Cancellation

• Customers may cancel a service booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

• If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.

Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to Rupees two hundred of the booking amount.

No-Show

• If the customer is unavailable at the service location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking amount may be fully forfeited.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided in the following situations:

Laptop Repair Services

• Service cannot be provided by our technician.

• Repair request is declined before 24 hours. from work begins.

• Duplicate payment made by the customer.

• Wrong amount charged due to technical error.

CCTV Installation Services

• Installation cannot be completed due to technical limitations identified before work starts.

• Service is cancelled by RAJNITA COMPUTER SOLUTION.

• Payment received but service cannot be delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Services already completed successfully.

• Change of mind after service completion.

• Customer-provided incorrect information causing service failure.

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, power fluctuations, water damage, viruses, or third-party repairs after service completion.

• Costs of spare parts already purchased specifically for the customer.

4. Spare Parts & Products

For hardware components such as:

• Laptop Screens

• Keyboards

• Batteries

• RAM

• SSD/HDD

• CCTV Cameras

• DVR/NVR Systems

• Power Supplies

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if:

• The item is defective upon delivery.

• Wrong item is supplied.

• Product is damaged during transit.

Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-30 business days to the original payment method.

• Bank processing times may vary.

• Any payment gateway charges actually deducted by the payment provider may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

6. Warranty-Related Claims

Where a service or product is covered under warranty:

• We will first attempt repair, replacement, or rectification.

• Refunds are not valid in this situation.

7. Consumer Rights
